is it possible to run Menuhax, Reinand and have a theme other than the Default one?

I change it manually and used CCHMM2 in sysnand and emunand but no matter what I do I have to reinstall menuhax using browser hax.

I want to use my Jibanyan theme, but then again anything I would be happy with just sick of the default it's sooo boring

Put your desired themes' files (body lz.bin and bgstm) on the /3ds/menuhax manager

Install menuhax like usual and then install theme (one of the menuhax choices)

Now you have custom theme alongside with menuhax

You can also use homebrew app called "Tinker"

First: Do you have a copy of your emuNand and sysNand?

If you have: take off the sd card,

turn 3ds on,

format system,

do the initial setup,

put sd again,

now your nands are unlinked! You problably had 2 folders with a giant numbers and letters,

now use browserhax or other entrypoint,

re-install menuhax and profit!

Additionaly you can install your fav themes with howling theme tool =)

Hope I helped =)

The tuto I used was that:

( sorry for bad english)

Thank you I have successfully unlinked my nands.

I have also noticed booting any entry points or reinand has an excellent success rate. Before doing this it was 50/50 on a successfull load

Check for howling theme tool now, It's excellent to have themes directly into the native theme selection =)

cool thank you much appreciated,

wanted to ask though, you mentioned I should have a backup of my emunand and sysnand,, I know I definantly have a backup of my emunand I done one early its safe on my computer. But I didn't know you had to back up the sysnand. Proberly makes sense just in case sysnand gets updated by accident from 9.2?

to update my sysnand is it the same process usin emunand9?

In most cases, if something occurs to your 3ds (hardbrick for some reason or accidental update on sysnand), having a backup of your sysNand and hardmodding the console can recover =) .
I don't know how works with reinand, but rxtools has an menu with backup sysnand and emunand. or you could use EmuNand9 =)
As you can see i live in a country where a 3ds could cost 1.000 R$, so I made as much backups as possible lol.
