Gaming Lost Bravely Default Save thnx to crashing 3DS

I'm new on this forum, so I hope I posted this in the correct subsection.

My NEW 3DS got an defect, so I had to send it to Nintendo. Nintendo send me a new NEW 3ds to replace it. When I try to restore my backup save Bravely Default (eShop version) deletes it and creates new save data.

According to BD Fora I'm screwed. Do you guys know a (save hacking) solution?

I tried that already. and I could only extract the save of my new save data. Not the old one.
