Hans is shit and doesn't work on any of my 10.3, 10.4 consoles with legit CIAs. I use gridlauncher and load out of region CIAs by pressing select on the game and using the other region bypass programs.

I actually was able to access eshop via HANS because the configs weren't set right when I took a look.

Yes it works with legit out of region CIAs. That's what I was referring to.

It doesn't work with HANS. You have to press select on the CIA and switch it to regionfour.

Gridlauncher uses HANS by default to launch games in the bottom left corner menu.
