2. Loadiine also isn't piracy.
He wouldn't be liable for anything. What he's doing now is basically: "Hey! I know my exploit is your destiny, but sorry! You can't use it yet because I encrypted it five times over and now it's hard to do anything! I'm sorry, I just couldn't risk this turning into Pirate Bay! "Look, HE isnt taking part in the piracy aspect of this, at all, much like smea did with 3ds. Is the 3ds wide open now? methinks yes, and its still not on smea's hands. Hykem doesn't want to be liable. So yeah.

Didn't @Hykem mention about bootrom or boot something when he delayed the release of IOSU exploit at one time?No Boot2 access afaik. Not even a BootROM key that I know about, either.
Cemu does virtually the same thing as Loadiine; runs games. We do not see that as piracy? The ONLY purpose Loadiine serves is to load backups of games and since it is illegal in most countries to even make a backup, that means Loadiine is synonymous with piracy.
And this is why devs are reluctant to release anything - they see users here as greedy and privileged. I personally don't mind @Hykem delaying the release to slow down/prevent piracy.Thanks. Now tell Hykem he can't play god.
I didnt mention the not finding mcp bug, couldnt be fucked with the raging dickheads saying Im two people and fake blah.

He mentioned a bug in the MPC module, or something, that could hijack code execution and result in early IOSU access and a direct boot into an exploitable environment.
Yes he said yesterday he will still explore this but for now he is releasing the exploit as it is. he said it in one of these threads yesterday, if you look on his profile and latest posts you will find it.

Hykem has not posted since Monday morning (three days ago), so yeah...
That's because when you release something, you intend for others to use it. What is the point of an exploit that grants you the entire console but can't do jack shit unless it's reverse-engineered?And this is why devs are reluctant to release anything - they see users here as greedy and privileged. That was not directed at you. Sorry.CEMU is piracy

This is what I meantI thought higher meant worth more when compared to USD, which it hasn't been for years now. My bad.
You'll be getting a lot more money if you convert USD to CDN while crossing the border compared to CDN -> USD.
Yet clearly there is such a large audience for it, it's obvious why as softmodders, we're annoyed with this.It is. Whether you load the game from an official disc or you load from a backup it is still considered piracy.
If you are loading from a retail disc you are still committing copyright infringement by using what amounts to an unauthorized reproduction of a copyrighted hardware platform.
If you are loading backups its copyright infringement by making/using unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted material (the game itself).
This isn't just some useless exploit. This can potentially allow for unsigned code to run, which means that homebrew can become a thing. It grants you the whole console, yes, therefore it doesn't do jack shit. That's because when you release something, you intend for others to you use it. Yes, my words were poorly formulated there, I admit. But I'm not just one person who wants to play some backups, they're dozens of them. Besides, Homebrew already IS a thing. Still need something more than Pong to modify RAM though. :/This isn't just some useless exploit. This can potentially allow for unsigned code to run, which means that homebrew can become a thing. Just because you have access to the whole console doesn't mean that the sole purpose of it should only be piracy.
