Please don't rage, i wrote Exploit Idea ok ?

So, let me explain you what i am telling about.

Did you remember this 4.3 Wii Hack ?

You was able to launch hack from the letter system in the Wii Menu (Don't work in vWii)

Yeah, it was pretty cool

You just needed to put it in your SDCard, launch your Wii, go in the letter system, go back few days ago, click then bam, your wii was hacked and you got the freaking Homebrew Channel !

So i started asking me if there was a similar system in the Wii U !

Then i saw TWO Things :

• Download Manager/Data Management
• Notification App (Better Idea i thought)

Ok now, i supposed you read this prologue !

After a few days of search i blocked, i need a few things :


For Notification APP :

- Where does this app stock the notification
- If from a SDCard or a USBStorage a notification can be read ?

For the Download Manager/Data Management :
-If we can read a .elf/dol/wud/rpl/rpc etc... from a external storage and if yes, can we install it ?

-Or, with a custom DNS or proxy creating an false update that is a .elf or raw C Code that will launch when starting an app (After the false update downloading, sure)

Because if they do the same shit that they made to the 3DS Browser THIS will be GOOD !

Or else :

Creating some false save data that will load when launching a game ! (Same thing as TwilightHack, BatHackx etc...)

i will be an idea guy too, it is like THE most important stage, without ideas made by these idea guys people like hykem and smealum would still be sitting on their beds eating pizza's totally confused with no direction, all it takes is 1 visionary to step forward and dictate what others should just do and now we have 2 IOSU hacks, if it wasnt for those 327 "why dont we hack the wiiu for 5.5.0 users" threads i can confidently say those guys wouldn't have ever thought of that idea

Even if the devkit COULD decrypt them, I don't think anyone's been able to get the leaked Cafe SDK to run yet.

Not gonna happen, I HAVE a dev kit, and can confirm that it ONLY runs unsigned code, no decryption capabilities at all.

As for helping with this I can't but just dropping by to see what's up lol.

Also, as for save data, obviously theres sig checks etc etc... but after IOSU it should be possible to mess with stuff, in the cafe sdk theres something called save data dumper? idk its something like that i don't remember, and this ..

Ryan, I like you, but really? This is obviously a leaked screenshot from google. The dev kits have a different OS altogether and the hardware is different internally, I can't get in to specifics, but there's no way this is running on a retail unit.....

@NexoCube Why would you want to invent the wheel twice when Hykem's still working on and just about to releasing it?
It's good to see your engagement. But wouldn't it be better to use it for porting homebrew from 5.3.2 over to 5.4.0/5.5.0?

What about developing a new USB-/SD-Loader?

Please don't get me wrong, but what would we do with your exploit for <=5.5.0 when there's going to be another one (on a much shorter roadmap)?

PS im all for telling people to STFU when they are pessimistic unjustly, but i also don't see the need to encourage people to waste their time, from what the OP has described he doesn't have a clue about making exploits or what it entails (im no expert myself, but i can at least tell when someone is diving in the deepend blindfolded)......lets not try encourage him to go around wasting real dev's time harassing them for help

Two methods for downgrading 5.5.0 to 5.3.2:

1. Configure router to redirect the traffic between WiiU and N's update servers.
2. We just have to crack the SSL used on the connection so we can provide our own files.
3. We just have to crack the signature private keys so we can sign our own files.
4. We just have to create a fake upgrade which will re-install 5.3.2

I've done step 1, but I need coders to help with steps 2, 3, and 4.
Can anyone help me?
