Download gateway and follow the guide. Quite simple..

ok i Dl GW, copy the launcher,
i set up emunand
then backup emunand SD,i guess, not necessary
then copy the folder with the GW homebrew .3dsx in it to the SD in the 3ds folder root:/ 3ds/ GW(gw.homebrew.3dsx)

but then what?
"open exploit of choice" how?
i only have GW launcher on my SD
how do you set up another exploit along side GW?
what is CTR boot?

i never even set up mset downgrade i am still using CN to boot GW
so i assume you are just telling us what GW has said on their website and that i still will need the red card to boot my GW emunand?

Yes. This is more for formatting emuNand etc.

i still don't understad how this would even work
you are saying that you would still need to set up homebrew along side GW launcher right?
i have no idea how to go about doing that, you should make a better tut telling the stps to set up homebrew with GW
i only ever used homebrew and HBL through a CN.cia on my emunand, but that would be pointless for this

thank you for the info. the official gateway manual does not list this option, although they put the files in their FW pack... did not see that in the first place.

This may be a stupid question. But you can you use this to use the gateway red card on firmware 9.3+ to play backups? Or is that still restricted due to lack of kernel access.

Still restricted once gateway releases it it will work.

Done everything, I use CTR to boot it, not working. Black screen. Maybe incompatible with rxtools' emunand?
