Homebrew Can you transfer SD card files (Homemenuhax, rxtools, etc.) safely and still have it work?

Can you do this?
I have a 4gb sdcard and I want to transfer everything, including rxtools, onto a 16gb card. Is this possible? Will I still get to launch homemenuhax? Also, can I keep the games installed as cia's?
