If the seller describes it as "A brand-new, unused, unopened", and then he finds a higher firmware in it, that means it was used, cause that pack comes originally with firmware 3.1.0, which means he can return it for false description/wrong item.

the wup number seems to be a model number other number no clue.good luck man only way to really know by turning it on very carefully and checking system settings.

As I said before that pack has low firmware, I never heard of it being re-distributed, if you find a higher firmware on it, it means the console was used. And since the seller has good rep, I doubt he would lie about it being unopened.

So when it arrives I just not plug the ethernet cable in and set up wifi connection then set up tubehax on it?

Don't hold me responsible if you find it on higher firmware . It wouldn't be the end of hope for you since an IOSU exploit is coming by the end of this month which works up to 5.5.0
Which also means for anyone who is interested in hacks and doesn't own a wii U should get it while 5.5.0 is still the last firmware out there.
