When do u know its ready?

It will go through 8 Steps and then ask you to "Update" or "Downgrade", you press Y. If it starts installing, you are golden.

If it doesn't, rinse and repeat.

Oh. Doesnt fix mah problem then. Installed on first try, didnt boot, im back to 10.3.

Did you put the FW-Cias in the correct folder?

I think the main-issue may be the wrong FW-cias.

Yes, and all installed properly.
It was /updates/*.cia

So I tried on N3DSU 10.3 to 9.2U and I boot up to a black screen which I'm thinking is a software lock as its not bricked. Hence it doesn't show the boot rom error. I tried doing it without the sd card (to avoid themehax) still to no avail. Recovery also won't work. Please help
