Just successfully downgraded from 9.9.0 to 9.2.0 (US) on o3ds. It didn't want to turn on initially after the downgrade, but removing the sdcard let it boot. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go update my *hax payloads.

2DS Should work as long as you get the proper FW for it. Be careful.

Tried it multiple times also
Is there a reason for that?

DO NOT use 3DSNUS to get your 9.2.0-20 CIA files
Nintendo removed some files, so your download from 3DSNUS is NOT complete!
