If you get done you should be able to press "A" and go into FBI, if not you just have to keep trying.

Ohhhhhhhhhh, oh then nope cuz the Done looks distorted and i press A and nothing happens. Gotta keep trying -_-

But now...how to remove menuhax ? I want my custom themes

You can have custom themes while useing menuhax, just read the fucking official documentation on it.

How?

Keep booting FBI untill you get the done message that isn't glitching. Then you click on a button. And then you click A when they ask you to install it. Then it should be installing! Make sure you have enough space left

I've tried it 20 times and all of them I got "Done.", but it never continues to the SD explorer 3: I'm using Menuhax on a o3DS 10.3.0-28E.

I tried way more than 20 times, I finally got it after ~60.

If you don't have eshop access, you can also look for the game update CIAs (these are also legit) and install them with FBI.
