Are the people who are getting errors when trying to install actually getting the "Done" message, or are they just hoping FBI will work without it. Without the long string of text (I didn't read all of it) with Done at the end, you're going to get the error everytime, even if FBI does boot up. It doesn't have kernel access, and won't install the .cia, so try it again.

Say I found a website with Cia Files and I wanted to get Tomodachi life from there, will it automatically be a legit Cia?

Does it matter where I download the cia file from as long as its a game from the list?
yes it matter from where you get it.
if the website u found the game u tell the game is legit then it would be safe to install.

keep trying trust me !
OLD 3DS 10.3.0-28E
OOThax
Launched FBI directly and not that "work around"
attemp ? I think more than 30 not counted.

If got in FBI go over a CIA and it should tell you information about the CIA if it does that mean exploit worked and you can install it.
This error mean you can launch FBI but exploit failed.
Keep trying :)

- System: 2DS (Pokemon Omega Ruby edition)

No, the signed cias are those who are already installed in the console when you buy it (eg you buy a tomodachilife 3ds pack, the game installed will be signed.you need this particuliar cia, not the one downloaded from the eshop)

Has anyone succeeded with this on a Japanese 3DS? Also, has anyone actually tried installing a CIA of a different region? I saw a post saying you would have to just always load it through region free, but I'm still not sure if it would work.
