Can anyone explain me how to merge CRO branch with Citra.Do i need some program or....?

Oh and even boots Luigi and Mario Paper jam! Thats not even out in usa yet! Crashes after you get pass title screen, i need a save for the game to get passed it possibly.

Majoras Mask 3D Seems to work now too without crashing but prompts to use the circle pad which doesn't work right now.

All saves located in user\sdmc\Nintendo 3DS\00000000000000000000000000000000\00000000000000000000000000000000\title\00040000\ (CODE OF GAME) then put .bin files there.
