So, how is this going to work out with the Gateway exploit? It says here that it wont support 9.5+ EmuNAND, yet Gateway states that they are releasing their part for 10.3 and below, and from what i understand GW boots an EmuNAND (obviously with a choice to go into SysNAND). Will it be an only SysNAND thing? I'm cool with that but whatever.

Also, on the terms of downgrading... If the minimum version of a US Standard New 3DS (Non-XL) is 9.5, how can we downgrade to 9.2? Or can we use the 9.2 version from a N3DSXL and successfully downgrade?

Ehh, what? All he needs to do is boot an app from menuhax then downgrade, then use browserhax to reinstall menuhax

I looked on that certain iso site and there are only types of Firmware Versions separated by Old 3DS and New 3DS.

Does this mean New 3DS 9.2.0-U will work on both a New 3DS AND a New 3DS XL?

Sorry if I'm being rude. Before any release you may want to check it once more, and i suggest you to write something about the design.
I know devs hate to write documents (at least i do when develop something for myself), but that gives a chance to let you describe that entirely to yourself.
That would help whoever want to check it too. Hope your development goes smoothly.
