You HAVE to post the source publicly as it's licensed under GNU GPL v2. If you made any changes to the code you can make a pull request on the libretro repo

I get all files in place, it displays this on the screen,

imgmount d c:\W95.IMG
Could not extract drive geometry from image
Use parameter -size bys.spc.bpc.cyl (That may be incorrect due to bad graphics) to specify the geometry

boot c:\W95.IMG
Opening image file c:\W95.IMG
Booting from drive A

_ (This underscore keeps flashing forever)

And nothing else ever happens, Ive left this on for over 20mins now and nothing has happened,
I have N3DSXL and im on 10.3 menuhax, PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS

Please, i just do not understand how it works.

1- Do this work with the Homebrew Launcher (IronHax) ?
2- If yes, What files do i need and where to place them ?

Is there a tutorial because I'm very confused?

If you have a New 3DS, download the file from shutterbug2000's dropbox (the link is in one of these pages). You'll also need to acquire an iso of Windows 95 (the file should be called "w95.img"; there's been mention in the thread where/how to search for it and find it if you can't). Once you've done both of those, place the 'retroarch_3DS' folder into your 3ds folder on your 3DS (yo dawg I heard you like the 3DS). After that, put the "w95.img" file in the 'retroarch_3DS' folder.

On your 3DS, run the .3dsx, select the '.bat' file in the 'retroarch_3DS' folder, and run that.

Windows 95 should boot up for ya then. No keyboard or really much at the moment, it seems, since this is just DOSBOX emulation in Retroarch. But if you toggle the input settings on your joypad, there are two options that map the arrow keys to the DPAD and Enter/Escape to Start and Select, respectively.

Please, i just do not understand how it works.

Yes, since DOSBOX is just a Retroarch core like the rest of 'em.

If no changes have been made to the code, I say all future work be done on the dosbox-libretro project. That way future builds of retroarch will have dosbox core.

Oh well, what is DOSBOX ? (I'm a huge noob don't hurt me ;-))

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Even more, I know now how to launch retroarch BUT it's just a red screen on the touch screen and some pixels on the top screen.

Help plz !

You must be using an O3DS, not a N3DS. Since the source is available, I'm working on seeing what's causing it and what changes were made to make it run. I'm thinking it has to do with the clock thing he mentioned, something there is breaking compatibility. I'm trying to find this change.
