Nobody's going to remake SMB at your request. It took @DiscostewSM two years to make Mega Man2 for the dsi petit computer.
Secondly, Smilebasic doesn't use QR codes, it uses download keys (ex. E4454FG)

Not only does SmileBASIC utilize servers for holding the game for public storage, but the folks at SmileBoom do not approve of games that use copy-write material. They couldn't do anything regarding PTC because of how it was distributed (but they could regarding contests they hosted), but since they are the distributors with SmileBASIC, they will enforce their policy.

It's the main reason why MM2PTC wasn't ported to SmileBASIC.
