That's only for one hax, pretty sure it is the arm9 one but tl;dr
We can just use SNShax and memchunkhax2(if anyone makes it) to downgrade with legit CIAs.

The dongle is PassMe, but there is an alternative exploit that doesn't require you making your own DS cartridge (arm9loaderhax), but that is N3DS only.

Dude, you can't just make an exploit in one day... Most people would need months to develop something like that. These people are exceptions, we can be glad if we have it end February.

It's not a DS flashcart, it is a modified PassMe(or is it PassThrough? I dunno the difference)
