Boot your 3ds to the launcher then
Enjoy!
- Get ironfall 1.0 from the eshop- old version downloader (from the new starter kit)
- Go to the Ironhax Installer after ironfall was installed and opened at least once
- Install the ironhax save
- Open Ironfall once done
- Click the ironhax file
Note: In Order to use this you must be on System firmware 10.2 or higher IF you have a nnid on the 3ds.
The new Ironhax icon doesn't appear. Some things to add to make it more noob friendly:
Note:
- If you already have old IronFall v1.0 or v1.1, this is NOT for you!
- If you downloaded the New IronFall (1.2), Delete it first before you go on!
- Your system has to be on 10.3 (10.2 could work also?)
Optional:
- Set your Theme to the normal White one, or change theme to blue and back to white once (for MenuHax v2.1)
01. Go to http://smealum.github.io/3ds/ and download the new starter pack (under the section "Preparing your SD card") and unpack it to the root of your SD.
02. remove any previous folder on your SD from "menuhax_manager" and overwrite the rest
03. Boot your (N)3DS (XL) or 2DS into HBL (Homebrew Launcher), through the new BrowserHax (http://yls8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax.php) This is for O3DS and N3DS
04. Make sure your system boots into the original HBL and not any mod (gridlauncher etc...)
04a. While you are in HBL, you can aswell first install the new MenuHax v2.1, so you can start HBL through it later, even offline, instead of using the new BrowserHax.
05. Once HBL is loaded you see a new eShop icon "eShop old version Downloader" boot it
06. This will boot eShop, seems very normal, once into eshop search "IronFall" and download it
07. After downloading it, it seems you can't go back to Home with the Home button, reboot system (At least this was the case on my 3 systems)
08. Start IronFall 1 time to make a save file (Don't update / just Ignore the update warning)
09. Now boot back into HBL and start IronFall installer, Choose your save slot and leave the rest as is, the installer recognizes your version and your Sysnand version.
09a. Optional, repeat for the 2 other save slots (it doesn't hurt in case you or someone else overwrites the save)
10. Boot back into 10.3 sysnand and start IronFall again
11. In IronFall choose your IronHax save and boot it, this will boot HBL (No internet needed anymore)
There's no new ironhax icon, the icon is just the same as the old one, if you installed the new starter pack from smea's page, it's good to goThe new Ironhax icon doesn't appear.
Hi how can i fix the endless loading on the eshop please?
No.Stupid question incoming: Do we still need to download the otherapp payloads/ropbin to get homebrew?
but has Ironfall ever been available without an NNID in America/Europe?Note: In Order to use this you must be on System firmware 10.2 or higher IF you have a nnid on the 3ds.
If your system ver isn't 28 you can't do it as you'd need to update because the Nintendo network checks for the Ver, and if yours isn't linked to one it doesn't go to youYou say: but has Ironfall ever been available without an NNID in America/Europe?
Does this allow downloading of Ironfall without an NNID despite Nintendo requiring one?

Did you download ironfall through the eshop old version downloader in the HBL?Can someone confirm if this is still working in EUR regions? I was able to use Browserhax earlier this morning without any issues, but now it only flashes through yellow and grey screens before eventually getting kicked back to the home menu with a generic error. Along with that, it seems that I can only download the latest version of IronFall, even while using the old-version-download eshop link. I've tried deleting and redownloading IronFall, but the Ironhax installer returns this error.
(cropped a lot of black space from top and bottom screens, you get the idea)
It's not a major issue for me, I'm on 10.3.0-28E with Ninjhax and Menuhax. I was just hoping to install another Homebrew Launcher entry point. (you can never have too many!)
I used the eshop old version downloader in the HBL, both times.Did you download ironfall through the eshop old version downloader in the HBL?
or did you just install ironfall from regulat eshop? (seems that way)
Did all this buuut, When i install ironhax it says..Some things to add to make it more noob friendly:
