We wouldn't be allowed to share this here, and the files in the SD card are encrypted for your specific 3DS.
You would have to download a .cia of the 1.1.2 update and install it, if you are on 9.2 or lower and have CFW.
If you are above 9.2, you are out of luck.

1) You aren't allowed to upload any kind of copyrighted files onto here; even if it's a free update.

2) If Nintendo allowed the sharing of that kind of SD card content, then hax wouldn't even exist on the 3DS.
