Why not go directly to 5.3.2 ? those EUR games have it on disc :
Splatoon
Mario Party 10*
LEGO Jurassic World
Yoshi's Woolly World*
Shovel Knight
Kirby and the Rainbow Paintbrush

Because of the possibility of an "Easier IOSU Exploit", which is for firmware 5.1.0 and lower.
Right now Hykem is working on a separate IOSU exploit that works from 2.0.0 to 5.5.0.

Yago91 wants to be able to use Loadiine like 5.3.2 users, but then also stay low for the other IOSU exploit just in case.
Loadiine is now supported on 4.1.0 and 5.0.0/5.1.0

We may not even hear from the developer who mentioned the "Easier IOSU exploit". And Hykem's IOSU exploit may prove useful.

Thank you guys, then i will update

I think i will go with 4.1, it seems that there is no games with 5.0 in it (on the list
https://gbatemp.net/threads/wiiu-list-of-system-updates-on-disc.372041/ ).

I'm in the same boat as you, I'm on 1.03, and am waiting for Hykem's IOSU. We are only a few days away from Xmas, and since we don't know exactly what is going to be released I'm playing things safe and not going to update past 4.1, if I decide to update at all. The challenge has been to make sure i choose the right disc to update with, so far I'm leaning towards 4.1 because Bayonetta1 - is a cheap purchase, and guaranteed to be 4.1 since there aren't any reprints. Almost all of the other games I was looking at ended up having reprints including the Super Mario 3d World I have in a Red disc case - although its listed at 3.1 here on gbatemp, i suspect its got 5.1.2 (not vulnerable) as other members have confirmed that their EBgames pack in mario 3d world came with 5.1.2. so the list posted here may also be missing some info when it comes to reprints. There is nothing in the list that gets us to 5.0 or 5.1, and going to 5.1.2 I believe will do us no good for future exploits and currently loadline. The last thing to consider is that currently the version of loadline for 4.1 is v3, which does not have the same compatibility as v4. All I know is for me, I'm either going to stick with 1.03 until I hear about IOSU or at max go to 4.1, but I'm leaning towards just waiting, into the new year. I'm confident that if Hykem isn't able to make Xmas, it won't be too far behind.

Hope that helps a bit.

Well, I've been poking at the Sound API, need to get a proper elf loader going, though. Eventual goal is to streamline and weave it all together to make homebrew easier, could take a while, though. Dunno why I'm starting with sound, I guess one of the first things I'll try to make is a music streaming thing from your computer, with graphics to select files and other fancy nonsense/ FIX, if ya got any tips for your elf loader, they'd be appreciated. Need to be running code from scratch because sndcore2 takes up a bunch of space and all programs will just re-initialize it if they're not already stopped.

In the simplest way to explain possible, Loadiine is an ELF, and is a RAM/String patcher.

If I understand correctly, he's looking for a more robust version of Fix's elf loader, supporting larger files. I could be completely wrong though, but it's logical I think.

Yeah, but does it actually load ELFs? I've never touched it since I'm on 5.5.0 and I've never ported it, if I have a way to compile for it that'd be wonderful

you could always actually try completing this :P
I know, I was asking if you had any tips but it looks like you included a usage, I'll try it out in a bit
Wait, if you're 5.5.0, how do you do your Splatoon early preview videos?
Using the unreleased kernel exploit everyone's wanted but will be obsolete with IOSU :^)

I wonder if that means you can show us early access stuff a *tiny* bit faster :P
