Hey there sorry if this is on wrong section but..
Is there any way to use microSD management of my n3ds on Android phone?
I have two Android phones. I can tether wifi with one of them for my other Android and my n3ds xl.
I don't have access to any pc right now that's why I'm asking.
Thank you :)

Rooting your device and adding a root browser is the only way right now. Google made it so users can't manually alter the files on their SD cards.

So far, you cannot access the share from anything but a Windows computer. @Ruby Gloom misread your statement and assumed you meant that you wanted to access the SD Card on your phone rather than the one in the 3ds..

This is the best one that I know of. There 0 to little ads and it's fast.

You understood him wrong. He wants to manage his 3DS microSD with his phone, not the card inside his phone. What could work is starting ftbrony and using a ftp program on your phone, that way you can access the card, but there's no way some kind of 3DS data management is possible over WiFi with your phone.

And for the actual issue, I use this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=turbo.client&hl=en
EDIT: With HB. FTPbrony.

with FTP, yea this works great. However, the OP wanted to use MicroSD Management, which uses some non-standard form of SMB that only works with Windows. I have not tried any SMB clients on Windows phone though (I will probably test this later as it will bug me to not know the answer)
