Here is my collection with 1500 Badges, they are (roughly) sorted by franchise.
The shortcuts are for EU, so if you need another region remember to rename them (they are in sub-folders so you can find them easily).

My files come from multiple 3ds but I could share them from the two EU 3ds, they have around 300 Badges each I think. I don't have access to the other two at the moment. Are you interested in those?

i just imported it in MY mega cloud drive and then downloaded it as folder and zipped it.
