Hacking Diskwriter problems pt. 2

So, I added Link between Worlds in diskwriter.

"The file LBW contained invalid data at 0x1400 - this has been replaced using the information in template.txt Do you still wish to add another game? This is an EEPROM type game."


I pressed OK and another pops up "Failed to write. SD card may be poor contac"
The game shows up in diskwriter but exiting the program makes it disappear.

Any fix? Is this a sign of a bad dump?
