That's not the way it works. You should first ask authors if they accept that you can use their icons in your pack, and you have to credit them inside the git repository and in a .txt file in the release archive too. Else you are stealing other's work. And when you are doing a git for icons pack, add the original PNGs and PSD files then, if you are doing it with Photoshop.

What do you expect? This is 100pcrack for ya. He steals stuff and claims it as his own because he wants attention. Or when he isn't stealing he makes random shit up with no poc.

Three things that are guaranteed in any thread by 100pcrack

1 the homebrew he is posting about will be stolen from someone else

2 the thread will turn into a flame war

I would suggest you up your game a bit, because gbatemp isn't gonna stand for plagiarism like this.
Credited or not credited, like @Mrrraou said, you should ask the person who made the icon first, before anything else.

Also, if I were you, I would stop making icon packs and do something else better in life. I've always hated the idea of icon packs anyway.
