if possible, write how you do that. its easier if we can apply the patch on our own whenever there is an update for the translation patch. better than waiting for someone to patch it and reupload the hole game.
or did you mean a .cia that you install and it patches the game? THAT would be awesome, I don't know this stuff yet x

Actually it would be great if you could explain how from the original CIA + xorpads + ncchinfo.bin we can get to make our own patched CIA. So no one has to wait for CIA to be rebuilt every time this patch gets updated. Will save you time as well and will all save us time in the future (waiting for someone to make a CIA + upload 1.5GB+ someplace decent + re-download 1.5GB every other day/week isn't really great).

You just really need a way to decrypt a cia file. Thats the start if it. I still have the CIA file of this game so will put it on decrypt9 and patch the romfs.

Thanks i use N3DS in 9.0 with Gateway and Cia and for people who don't how to apply patch, just boot in gateway mod then install ce NTR CFW 3.1 then just start it and MHX is in english ! THANKS YOU ALL WORKS GREAT ♥

Could it be The HANS yellow screen's cause?
Also because, now that I think about it, MHX should use the same AP check as Fire Emblem If, which works for me with HANS.

I don't think so. The thing that was wrong was that it didn't produce the 4096 zero bytes with IVFC magic in the first four. Which was explicitly not allowed with the first version of HANS (remember you had to strip the first 0x1000 byte). ctrtool doesn't accept those otherwise though. So new version produces the 0x1000 byte

I see. I hope that smea or someone for him fixes HANS asap. Othetwise, we're stuck with Japanese text.
