I've been using the Mt-Card and I've finally gave up on it because its extremely outdated by now. I've played a ton of games on it and have a huge amount of data on it as well, is there any way I can use all those .3DS games, along with their saves on RxTools now? I know I can individually convert each .3DS to .Cia but that would take extremely long. And I also want to retain the saves which is a priority too me.

I've tried already and installed a Super Smash Bros .Cia and I tried to restore the save I had from my MT-Card using the guide that was provided
https://gbatemp.net/threads/guide-the-emunand-save-data-mega-guide-gbatemp-doesnt-deserve.378491/
however when I launch Super Smash Bros through the CIA, I get a message called "Unable to use the save dataq since it is not the latest data. Would you like to create new save data?" So that doesn't seem too work.

You need to convert the .3ds save data to raw data using SDF then inject to the cia file
What I did was select Smash Bros on my 3DS and mounted it, went into SDF and pressed Y/A. Afterwards I shut down my 3DS and put in my other SDCard that contains the RxTools EmuNand and went back into SDF, and went into the third catogory (SD) and saw the save that I backed up and I imported.

Doesn't SDF have an option for deleting secure value?
Or is that just a newer version of SDF and you have an older one?

Either way, start up Homebrew Launcher on your rxtools emunand and use svdt to restore your save file. Much easier if you ask me, and has an option to automatically delete secure value.
