I know that,but what I want to do is to hack the dsiware or the DSi for get any DSi app for free
Your only option regarding DSi enhanced titles (not DSi ware) is the cycloDS iEvolution. But it's only compatible up to 1.4.3.

You're out of luck then. Unless someone gets DSiWare installing working with TWL tool.
The DSi scene hasn't peaked yet, but with TWL Tool's recent-ish release, I think that it will peak soon.I think that hackers had forgot about DSi scene
