I was installing update .CIA's like an idiot on pasta cfw on my friends 3ds. Once I tried turning it back on it had the black screen of death. I have the sysnand backed up but don't have the tools to fix it. Is there anyone in the Chicago area that could help? Is there any better place I should ask for this kind of help? And last case scenario, what's the easiest way to go about doing this and where can I buy the tools. Thank you in advance.

I personally handled a call from the second highest person at Raytheon. That call bothered me a lot... The guy was nice and smart what bothered me was the way management basically just blew him off instead of going the extra mile to help him.
