ROM Hack could someone help me please - Spider ARcode

I cant figure out how to edit my backuped save using hex editor.. (im playing Legend of Legacy)

if someone here is able to use ARcodes, could you edit my save for me please?
im on 10.1 and I cant use NTR or ARcodes and I dont know anyone that could help me with this.

I just want to edit max stats and max skills for all characters.

There's your problem. If you have 10.1 emunand you can either downgrade your browser or install NTR

A quick google search would tell you that ARCode has been patched on firmware 9.5.0-23

EDIT: I'll try fix the save. I have a 3DS on firmware 9.2
