anyone bothered to download Fatal Frame demo from eShop ? From what I read it's basically the full version, locked after chapter 2. We could probably dump the RPL and boot the game from loadiine and see how it goes. If it's still in demo mode, probably patch the check (I did try to patch it for Wii Sports to make it think it boots from disc, but I failed miserably).

EDIT _ realized you actually have to click into mii maker for this to work. OK now!

I tried smash US and it didn't seem to work (mii mode). Has anyone been successful with this game yet? Obviously it works with the other mode!

Not sure about 0xA0000000 being writable, but I put a version of loadiine on my site to use with Mii Maker mode.

For using it regularly, you have to pick your game, then load up pyGecko, then start Smash brothers (I guess both eshop and disc work for this part anyway).

Consider this version of loadiine 'dirty'. Will be looking into another method.
To use it follow these steps (starting from loadiine):

1. Launch "Loadiine (For Mii Maker + pyGecko)"
2. Select a game and press X, it will reload to the Home Menu.
3. Launch the Browser
4. Run pyGecko for Loadiine
5. Run Mii Maker to boot your game.
Tried that but when I press x it instantly launches the game
(I have downloaded the mentioned files from your website)

the loadiine for mii maker + pygecko has the function to launch mii maker greyed out. it can tpossibly launch the game with the right version lol
It's working now. I didn't think about getting the .elf files from your website, too^^"

If Mii Mode could eventually load Smash, I wonder if you could use the "Smash Mode" after having started Smash via Mii Mode (in case Smash Mode is required to load certain games that Mii Mode can't load properly).

Nice Idea, but fails in execution.

I think there is a higher chance to expand the compatibility for Mii Maker instead using a stepping stone for the stepping stone ;)

No. Just no.

Which list should I use now? I'm a bit confused
I just added a few games to the new list of the first post.
Can we please delete the old lists / clean them and only put a link there?

Just make an open wiki and trust the community not to bork it (until someone actually does).

Odds are pretty good that those who aren't sure won't even make edits. We could even add an extra "confirmed" column so we make sure 2 people have tried the same game and it's not a fluke. Or make a "user tested" column so we know who did the testing to contact them for questions.

This is going to get ugly with 3+ separate lists.

Epic Mickey 2 works after deleting the erreula.rpl file, only works in smash mode though, and the initial boot up time is quite long, if you have the server running it will appear stuck on the /shaders/ folder for a good 30 mins before it actually starts loading the files ( i assume the delay is it scanning the contents of /shaders/ which has abut 1700 files inside....and it appears to do this twice), then another 5-10 mins to actually get in game.......once there though the game runs perfectly fine with normal loading times

I checked the file differences with v0, v16, and the PC version.
the PC version is not the same size, but it helped make the game playable.

The PC version had "effects.fsb" but not the correct size or data. in fact all PC files were different than the wiiU version except shaderupdate.sub

files from v0 missing in the update v16:
bonus_3.pak
credits_plainsOfPassage.pak
effects.fsb
encouter_Hat.pak
music.fsb
shaderupdate.sub
vo.fsb

Files not on PC:
bonus_3.pak
credits_plainsOfPassage.pak
encouter_Hat.pak

files on PC not on WiiU:
sp_arena.pak
sp_battleground.pak

USA has a higher version available : v48
bonus_3.pak (present in v48, not in v16)
Credits_plainsOfPassage.pak (present in 48)
encounter_Hat.pak (present in v48)

Missing from v48:
music.fsb, shaderupdate.sub and vo.fsb

get the USA version if you don't have the full game, you will miss only 3 files which can be found *elsewhere*

I'll test EUR v0 and v16 now.

Everything works fine, with sound effect of course.
"Logs" doesn't work as it tries to connect to miiverse.

v0 (v1.2) :
SSB : works (using autoboot)
Miimaker : works

v16 (v2.0) :
SSB: works (using autoboot)
Miimaker : Works

v48 (v?.?): Merged : Full EUR v0 + USA update v48
SSB : untested
Miimaker : untested

Hi,

I don't get it...
Super Mario 3D World
RPX SIZE= 7 227 136 B
CONTENT SIZE= 1.59 GB

But when I use "DiscU.exe titlekey.bin game.wud ckey.bin" I get this:
RPX SIZE= 1.352.000 Bytes
CONTENT SIZE= 131 MB

The same with New Super Luigi U:
RPX SIZE= 8 356 032 B
CONTENT SIZE= 1.36 GB

And I got:
RPX SIZE= 8 356 032 B (correct)
CONTENT SIZE= 345 MB

What am I doing wrong here?
