Homebrew Browserhax is dead (on 9.9 and up)

My 3ds was off until I saw smealums tweet, I don't think it could have happened the way your describing it.

To put this to rest, it's 9.9 and up browsers only (so if you're on 9.9 or higher, or if you for some reason installed the 9.9+ browser on a lower firmware):

The browser codebins starting with v9.9 now contain the following URL strings:

• Old3DS: "https://cbvc.cdn.nintendo.net/CTR/1/%s"
• New3DS: "https://cbvc.cdn.nintendo.net/SNAKE/1/%s"

Starting with the browser from 10.2.0-28, the "1" in the above URLs were changed to "2".

No, it's only affecting people with 9.9 and higher (or if you installed the 9.9 or higher browser on an old firmware, it should affect you too).
