Watch out for this notification!

Most of you probably know that it's not safe to update Ironfall if you treasure your homebrew.
To those who don't know of the update, don't be fooled if you see this pop-up on your console, as the update will break Ironhax.

The game and the homebrew launcher will still work if you just press "A" on the notification.

I don't know, but it's not like it's necessary. You're safe as long as you don't press "Y".
You're safe as long as you don't press Y and accept a bunch of notifications.
Theres no danger of accidently updating.

This more or less old news for me as I started getting the notification since ironfall was taken of the eshop. Basiclly if you have your dns setting set so that you are using one that blocks the eshop you should be safe if you accidenty press y since it wont update since you cant access the eshop with it on.(not 100 percent sure)
Also this is more of a concern for people on the latest firmware since im sure if you are below it wont let you access the eshop without updating your firmware. This mean you have to accept the download for and install ror the firmware before that updates.

Yes if you have low FW it just tells you to update.

I have a feeling this was a change in 10.2, because this never showed up on 10.1 for IronFall, likely since it was separate update data before that.

I'd say that they simply started to push the update, nothing else. Nothing to do with the firmware version, since i'm on 10.1 and getting that notification too.

Btw, no need to make a ruckus for this, it's what happens with every single update, it's optional and can be cancelled.

Just a (stupid) noob question.. and if I backup my 1.0 ironhax save, update ironfall and then restore the 1.0 save again?
