I don't know. If we know the title IDs then it might be possible to force them to boot.

They're listed here http://www.3dbrew.org/wiki/Title_list#00040030_-_Applets but they're applets, so I'm not sure what will happen if you try to just call them up like a regular game/app.

I think the HBL start menu could just add a directly shut down option，@daxtsu made a homebrew that can do this，even with Ninjhax2.1，
but I think it could be combined into HBL

How can i use youtube without updating sysnand or having a method of installing cia or eshop spoofing? Have a 9.9 3ds here and want to use youtube but i do not want its sysnand updated but it asks for the app to be updated to be used. Thanks can the title launcher used here bypass this?

It won't work without updating. Use the internet browser and try youtube there.

What do you mean by that? And can't i just use DNS or something to bypass it? I have already blocked nintendo update and used the title launcher to launch it but it still says it needs an update to work.

I mean it will not work without updating. With or without DNS. You could set the DNS to auto and use youtube via the 3ds internet browser.

@mashers can we get a 3 row setting for the settings page. I am using the 3 row theme for the Nintendo 3ds home menu by someone and it looks amazing every besides the settings because it is only two rows.

The next beta will have all menus respond to the setting for the number of rows so the interface will be consistent.

Maybe it's because of ctrulib?
Also, smea made some commits to HBL, haven't checked them though

Wouldn't it affect your launcher as well though if it was ctrulib?

HB entrypoint used: Themehax

On the Tint Color, when I press default, the bars move to the default place, but the title bar and button colors stay the same as before. IF I tap the bars, then they go to the default though.

Ahh my mistake. I only set the flag to make the bars redraw in the slider dragging code, not the default button action code. I'll fix it in the next beta. Thanks!

Hey dudes, beta 41 is up and it's a big update:

• All menus now show the same number of rows, as determined in the settings
• Improved blocking of touches when moving between screens, resulting in a more responsive interface
• The bug with light text disappearing if red or green are set to 10 or 13 seems to be resolved now
• Improved updating of the UI when adjusting colour sliders or setting colours to default
• Increased the number of lines available for app descriptions from two to four
• D-Pad controls throughout the menu

@mashers Minor bug: exiting the Help or Folders menus via d-pad cursor movements returns the user to the homebrew app list with nothing selected (neither apps nor corner buttons). This doesn't seem to be the case when returning from the Settings or Title Launching menus, which simply drop the cursor back on the first icon.

Oh yes, sorry I forgot to address that. Should be a fairly easy fix so I'll tackle it for the next beta.

I've just tried it and yes, it worked. At least, I reinstalled it over the top of my existing Ironfall save and it said it completed successfully and I was still able to boot Ironhax.

OK, I though the problem was wifi toogle asking for the system settings title and for some reason it being launched normally, since it does not have access to network service (that is provided by running under system settings title) it just doesn't work.
I changed the xml file to use title selector and confirm this theory, and wifi toogle hangs if I try to launch it that way. svdt works normally, so I don't know what might be the problem.

EDIT: now it didn't hang and wifi toogle worked fine, so I was right: launching under titles is bugged in your mod, svdt seems to work fine even if running under system settings app , but wifi toogle doesn't.

EDIT 2: to add wifi toogling to hbl, you'd need to check if the service is available and if not reboot under the system settings title. Or modify your emergency loader to run boot.3dsx under system settings, but that's not a standalone solution.
