BlargSNES still has an issue of freezing and locking up the 3DS when pressing/tapping a rom.

If only yellows8 started working on a proper kernel exploit for later firmware instead of so many ways to launch ninjhax 2.1 I now have youtube smash bros ironfall home menu browser. Its nice to have a exploit that is in the system and does not need a game or eshop app to run but I will rather have 1 kernel exploit than a million userland ones :) maybe we can somehow find a hole that allows kernel access through home menu hax or any of the new hax or just have dynarec work and hand mods work without a kernel exploit

Yellows8 I know you helped massexplosion in trying to find a kernel exploit so maybe this new hax will get you closer. The 3ds scene is getting interesting. I didn't know that the latest fim had so many flaws and is not as perfect and kernel exploit safe as we may think it is so we may be closer to it.

So how's the compatibility going? I get BlargSNES is still not running, any word on any other homebrew?

blargsnes runs but after starting a rom it crashes.
all other homebrew i tried works flawless.
Anyway... maybe that will get a fix shortly too

Yeah, i'm testing it. Right now everything but BlargSNES is flawless. This is awesome news for 10.1 users without ironhax.

Hoping the BlargSNES is solved soon.

The only thing that you can do with themehax in regards to making a theme, is changing the background music when you compile it.

It still crashes on 9.2U. I don't have the newest boot.3dsx because well, I like to be able to load CFW, would that be the reason why it's not loading any homebrew I try? Even a simple one such as the "Playcoin Setter".

Next step for Nintendo: 3DS FW Upgrade (removing all exploits)... I think this time Nintendo finally will do something about, because Yellows8's latest exploits are directly on System Menu, not on installed games/apps!

That's why this exploit is fun. It's not easily fixed, because then they'll have to change how themes are installed, which could lead to more shenanigans.

Yeah, Big N has the situation very hard! Try to fix/remove 7 different exploits and 2 of them on System Menu directly could be somewhat annoying!... Well, only remains to wait some Big N move about that!
