No 3dsx = no dice for me. :P
Hey, sorry for asking, but I can't help but be curious. Do you know any time-frame when a stable release might come out? I'm not asking for any specific time, or anything like that. As is, next month, before Christmas, next year... Again, I'm not expecting a definitive answer, since I know these things take time.

Neo Geo - Last built there were 10-15 games that didnt work for me. But now with the same ROMs most games work!!! Blazing Star, Pulstar nightmare in the dark works now!! =)

Very few of the NeoGeo roms I'm trying work; Kof, Garou, SvC - none of them boot. They all crash the system. Only the smaller roms, like Twinkle Star Sprites, seem to work.

Short report from 24/9 built:

Little Overall speedup on most emulators (since my latest testbuilt 20/9). Some heavy games (Yoshish Island SNES etc.) are still too slow to be fully playable. But I notice a little difference in secret of mana 3 and Super Turrican..
I just beat Yoshi's Island in CatSFC. :)

I'm using latest FBA romset... but the only KoF I've tried so far was '99 - I'm not too bothered about any of the series prior to that, as I've got them all for my Neo Geo CD - but the loading times on the CD release of '99 make it virtually unplayable.
I'm hoping that the retroarch NeoGeo core eventually gets the same sort of compatibility and speed that the CPS2 core currently has.

Oh. OK. Did not know that. But I did try MAME Roms at First, but the did not really work for some reason. Took a while to find the latest Roms for the Latest FBA Build

This does not use the latest romset. It utilizes a slightly older version of FBA that is faster. If you google "[Retropie][ROM SET] FBA ROMSET CLRMAMEPRO Verified / Based on LIBRETRO-FBA V0.2.97.30" in quotes like that the proper romset will come right up. It will include all supported FBA roms so you just have to sort out CPS1, CPS2 and NeoGeo. But it is the proper set and you can download it from good hosts.

Well, as the latest FBA set is 2.97.36 I'm pretty sure that pretty much everything I'm likely to want to run is the same rom as 2.97.30 - in fact, I tried a few of the CPS roms from an old WinKawaks romset and they all worked - and they're from a MUCH older set.
There's virtually nothing being added to FBA aside from clones and bootlegs in the recent updates.

By putting a PS1 bios file in the bios directory, I was able to get the bios to load after resetting the game (megaman x4 in this case. Also tested with Spyro the Dragon.) Games seem to load fine after the bios boots.

Yeah but the Append Disk (Change Disk) needs to be fixed. Still Locks Up even on Latest Build 24 Sept 1534Hrs

@duwen
Does the FBA you suggested have the CPS1 sf2ce Roms that work like the sf2m#.zip Files or sf2rb#.zip?

Not sure what you mean by Append/Change Disk. Not familiar with the technical terms of the ps1, lol. Also, I forgot to mention before that the bios seems somewhat stretched and is cut off a little on the right side.

There are those PSX Games that have more than 1 Disk. That is for swapping/Changing Disks
And would I be right to assume the bios is required to make multi-game-discs possible? Sorry, as I said, not an expert on PS1.

EDIT: I'll take that like as a yes, lol.
