I just waded through 11 pages, approximately 10% of which were informative or of interest.

Bottom line facts: Emunands on o3ds are confirmed working on new fw. Sky3ds confirmed working on new fw. NDS flashcards that worked on 9.9 still work on 10.

No really what was nintendo's reason to even make a update if don't even take the time to patch userland exploits. those ARM11 patches weren't worth it

Did it occur to you that these flaws might actually cause issues elsewhere? Or that when Nintendo issue an update for stability, it might sometimes actually be for system stability?

It's not patched but one part of the the stability for it was taken out... :/
