Homebrew Wii Remote Don't Work on any Apps

I recently installed the Homebrew Channel yesterday, but my Wii Remotes don't work on a single app. However, they do work on the Homebrew browser. Is there anything I screwed up or am I missing a file?

If my memory serves me well, and I insist on that fact, the apps aren't compatible with the wii remote. I could be wrong, though.
