Homebrew Whatever happened to TDVS?

I remember a month ago Smealum kept showing off TDVS which was some sort of ROM hacking utility for Ninjhax/Ironhax/Tubehax/Whateverhax but he hasn't said anything about it or released it. I'm wondering if any of you have ideas why TDVS hasn't been released?

It's still on the way. Smea is still working on it, so it can't be buggy, or worse, harm the system.
Let's not forgot that smea doesn't have the whole day to develop TDVS, let alone do it while making Tubehax/Ironhax. All we can do now is be patient, and hope for a release soon.

It is not a rom hacking utility, it is a save editor. Anyway, all we can do is wait.

I think technicly it's not a save editor persay but mor of a save dumper/importer so we can use programs like PKHex,,,,I hope he found a way to dump digital saves as well with this

correct, it is a save dumper\backup\restore\manager.
save editors are made specific for some games, it would be extremly hard and demanding to make a universal save editor..

if you see his tweets, he is busy, and it's his hacks, his stuff, he decides and does whatever he wants..

when do people start to learn that he is not obligated to anything, he doesn't own anything to us... he kindly does this stuff as he wants... we can't demand anything that he is doing for us..

as for ideas when he releases it, you can tweet him and ask..
because i also don't have idea when or no one has, but if someone asks, we can get some idea of ETA

like i said above, he has the time he wants, i mean, he creates his own schedule, if he doesn't deliver in time, he was the one who made it, we can't complain or demand anything
if he gets tired and never finishes, we just have to deal with it, but when he launches, lets get really glad and happy, shall we?

I would enjoy TVDS instead of relying onn powersaves to edit my Alpha sapphire save (mostly due to a crappy 2G internet connection (only thing i can afford) Powersaves needs broadband which I don't have

I think the Ironhax installer was a special build of TVDS, so there's no doubt he's working on it.

well it needs to be tested id he rushes it would have a chance of corrupting your save flie and you would lose all your effort you put into the game. Also right now hes focusing on fixing iron hax and youtube hax it does not even work for some people. Im thinking it will come out after hes done with that.

somebody asked smea for eta he said "sorry no ETA for now, i'm horribly busy and i just don't have time right now." so just wait or play around with the homebrew iv been messing around with my theme and playing with the emus hopefully he tdvs releases soon

Prolly best he didn't set an ETA after dropping the ball with Ironhax. "It's done when it's done" is best for these types of projects.

Here's what I think: TDVS will release the same time the Ironhax Installer source code is out (if you check his twitter you can see that he will release the Ironhax Installer in a couple days.)
