I have no emunand, only 9.0 sysnand and when I want to boot Reinand I have a black screen

You can easily create emuNAND by downloading Gateway's Launcher.dat from their website http://www.gateway-3ds.com/ and make emuNAND from there.
Remember to make a backup of the files on SD card since it needs to format SD card to make emuNAND.

I don't want emunand because I need 2GB space on SD card and I do not have enough place.
Everything is installed on sysnand so I don't care about emunand

But it seems like reinand only boot on emunand :/

SD cards doesn't cost so much. I got a 32GB 90Mb/s Class 10 microSDHC card for $20.

Thought you said you only have 2GB space left.. If you have an O3DS then you can just use rxTools instead of this. rxTools use both sysNAND and emuNAND.
