Just to clear some things up:
1. the pyGecko.html is just a compiled version of the code handler
2. to run pyGecko just start a python shell and import all the libraries from tpcgeco.py,, from there you can start doing stuff. You don't have to actually run one of the scripts

EDIT: If you're still confused: I updated my thread

thank...

I read the IP address blocking guide and pretty sure you have to be on the latest firmware to play online.

not true, you have to update the game, and not the console.

Too bad theirs no love for Wii U 5.1.0 owners. I would like to use TCPGecko to find some cheat codes:cry:. The OSDriver seems to load fine at this version, but then again since I am no expert, it may not be doing anything. I think I have had 75% to 80% success rate without crashing the Wii U.

There's no difference between using TCPGecko dotNet on 5.3.2 and 5.1.0!
The exploit works for you, so: Yay! :grog:
You have have to search in some of the latest pages in this thread and you know what you have to do! ;)

I don't block updates either because if I do, it also blocks me from playing online (if someone has a solution for this, please let me know). I only set certain options in the Wii U settings so that it hopefully won't auto-update but 5.4.0 currently isn't an advantage anyway.
Suggesting someone to disable the blacklist is not a good idea!
I thought that using the DNS Server @smealum uses for TubeHaxx + using a URL-blacklist is enough for disabling the online functions!? o.O
It works for me at least! ^^

Oh wow I was told by...
No, it doesn't work...
Perhaps because his was compiled for 5.3.2 owners?
So, do you have an idea where and how to modify the installer source for < 5.3.2 owners? Perhaps you can compile on and upload it here on this forum. Boy I sound like a noob LOL.
I was just going by what wj44 said.

I tested it but the system started to download the update is that normal?
Yes but it will say error and if you restart the Wii U the entry is deleted. Also you can prevent the update from starting with certain Wii U settings. At least that works for me, I'm surprised it has been overlooked.

yes this work i get an error code at the download but when i buy a new game i have to update the game right? How can i update the game without updating the fw?

Yea you can't use the E-Shop. That's why when you update to a new firmware, BUY EVERYTHING YOU WANT AT THAT MOMENT, and then block updates.

You need a 5.0.0 installer. You should ask Marionumber1.
