Looking for the title of a song.

I was watching an anime called tenchi Muyo war on Geminar, and there is a specific song that i just cant find the name of.

It is in the 3rd episode and it starts at 24:50 and again at 26:34.

It sounds like a upbeat blues song. The problem is that i cant find a official soundtrack list anywhere for the episode or show.
If anyone have an idea of the name or at least a website that lists all of the song titles on it, that would be awesome.
