Seriously dude, we need your firmware version and model, if you want to know your firmware, go to system settings, on the upper screen, in the east low corner there are numbers written on it, those numbers indicate your firmware, a Firmware is, quoting from Wikipedia "firmware is a type of software that provides control, monitoring and data manipulation of engineered products and systems", the 3DS firmware is known to be classified in certain numbers, like 4.1.0 or 5.1.0, it depends.

Also, we need the model too, certain models are different to hack than others, for example, a New 3DS XL is different from an O3DS, which methods to hack vary between the systems, but as i said, go to System Settings and check everything that exists on the screen above the "Touch" screen or low screen, to put easy.

Short Answer: You can't (With Software Modification)
Long Answer: Your options are these.
> Sky 3DS (If you want to play games, you can't run homebrews or native emulators with it)
> Ninjhax 2.0 (If you want to use homebrews and native emulators, you can't run games or backups, you'll need Cubic Ninja game for this)
> Future Ironhax exploit (You'll need the game "Ironfall Invasion" from the 3DS Eshop, located on the indie section, and wait until smealum (A famous 3ds hacker) release the exploit for this game, you can only use homebrew with it though)
