Hacking Anyone doing hard mod installs?

I was trying to update my emunand but I am not a smart man. My sysnand is @ 9.3
Are there any respected modders here? Would it cost less than buying a new 3ds xl? ($100 usd)

Why do you want your 3DS modded of you're not on an exploitable firmware?

Or have you simply failed to mention that you have a <9.2 NAND backup that you wish to restore?
