Well, you probably installed a browser that used 7.x encryption to a 6.x FW. You need a NAND-Mod to fix it. Send it to one of the guys on here with your NAND backup and they should be able to fix it.

You're going to be waiting for a long time then, at least 2 years I figure. Even Yellows8 said the latest firmwares were basically air-tight for kernel exploits. Just submit to the world and mail your 3DS off. Take out the battery though, shippers don't like to mail Li-Ion or Li-Po batteries. Else, look for a local cell phone repair company. They sometimes do special requests. last release on github was 3.0Alpha... so I dunno what version mine is. I'm running the latest .git (last changes 6 days ago).
