Hacking Is there anyway to downgrade a R4i 3DS Gold?

I "updated" my R4i 3DS Gold and now it won't show up on my DSi because the update was for version 1.44 and I have version 1.4.5. Is there anyway I could remove this update?

Is it stored on the Micro Sd card? Download v1.44 again and place it there if it is stored there.
