Guys I have a sky3ds blue but the template froms the site(the file which came out yesterday)doesn't work with pwaa dual destinies how do I get this to work ? Help!

I looked through the newest template file and couldn't find it. After some research I found out, that the game is only on eShop and I think eShop roms aren't supported by sky3ds.
