Hacking Possible exploit for N3DS on 9.0 without Ninja/Ocarina?

So...may be something, may be nothing:

I was messing around with a N3DS I picked up recently running 9.0U.
Unfortunately, I don't have Ocarina of Time or Cubic ninja to load any exploits, so I started messing around with stuff I had lying around.
Frankly I just inserted the gateway blue card into the Action Replay DSi I had and popped it into the N3ds. It boots into the Action Replay normally, however when I press 'start game' it starts loading into the Blue Card and gets stuck at the "Loading" screen.

Is it possible I can get passed this screen to load the mset exploit on the N3DS?
Surely someone has already tried this before.

Even if you could load the mset exploit with the blue card, 9x System Settings isn't exploitable with mset.
You need a Cubic N or Zelda to be able to downgrade System settings for the exploit.

The AR DSi is probably screwing up the blue card's protocol somehow. It's certainly possible to run other DS flashcards on up to 9.8, but the mset exploit is patched on 7.0 and up.

I think I found an exploit, too. On my 3ds when I'm playing asphalt 3D, if I smash my 3D it stops loading.... Possible exploit?!?!

I'm pretty sure nobody already thought to try putting cartridges into the cartridge slot to see what would happen.

I found an exploit some days earlier. If I go to system settings with Petit Computer 3d and start copiyng exdata over my current exdata, it expands, it is an exploit I swaer! The patch is going to walk!
