Hacking Updated to 9.2.0-20E using 3DNUS | Camera not Working

Hi, I have an Old 3DS and updated to 9.2.0-20E about a week ago. I only noticed recently that the camera isn't working. I get an error when starting the camera or playing games that uses the camera. I know it was working before updating because I scanned the QR code for Ninjhax in Cubic Ninja. I already formatted the SD card and formatted System Memory to see if that's the problem. Still doesn't work.

I think the problem lies with the downloaded CIA files from 3DNUS, as even though I tried to download the CIA's for 9.2.0-20 EUR, after I installed them with SysUpdater, my 3DS says it's now on 9.0.0-20E.

I did a bit of research, and I read a couple comments from people saying that it's a 3DSNUS issue but it's possible to resolve the issue by installing 2 CIA's (Home Menu + CVer) with BigBlueMenu to make it 9.2.0-20, however the files are in the New3Ds section so I'm wondering if it's the the same thing and if it's safe to do so.

I have a feeling that installing those two files may just resolve my Camera problem.

Is it safe to install these two EUR CIA files on my Old3DS even though it says New3DS on this website below?

Edit: This is so strange, the camera is suddenly working today, didn't work at all yesterday. Maybe it's faulty

However, could I still install those two files safely to make my FW 9.2?
