How is everyone getting emunand 9.8 working? For me, the 3DS crashes on a black screen when entering a Gateway compatible 9.8 emunand.

[Edit] If it helps, I not only tried my 9.8 emunand from Gateway, I also reformatted my emunand and upgraded from 4.5 using the system menu. The 4.5 emunand worked fine using patched rxTools.

If you use the latest gateway update the 9.8 emunand should work.
And it work perfectly in rxtool

What is your Sysnand version? Did you copy Firmware.bin and slot0x25KeyX.bin on your SD.

I just did the update for my 3DS. I used Palantine for a while and then i switched for rxtool.
i follow VerseHell's guide. And all work fine.
My SysNAND is 4.5 EUR and Emunand 9.8 EUR. I don't use MSET but browser exploit to launch Rxtool.
