Hacking Exploitable Spider Browser In Emunand 9.8 Gateway Help?

How would I go about installing an exploitable browser in Emunand 9.8? I would still like to use the current one that I am using so that I can use ARcodes, I'm guessing that I would have to download an exploitable ver browser via 3DNUS but I am not sure which version to download and which version number to spoof to (I'm assuming the ver that is on 9.8) has anyone attempted this before?

I am on an old3dxl and currently on firm 4.5 running emunand 9.5

Go for v4096. I don't think it's necessary to spoof the version, but if you need to, spoof something above v5121

Also, idk if the arcodes will even work if you install the browser.

The various code.bin files work for me on the downgraded browser but only when emuNAND is loaded via rx-Tools. I think the offsets used by Gateway need to be accounted for.

ok so the browser that i currently have now won't work on emunand 9.8 is what you're telling and only works in rx-tools?

You need to uninstall the current browser with one of the many .CIA installers and install the older one from 9.2

can I get the version number for the browser in 9.2? also do I need to spoof the browser to the current 9.8 version. thanks for your help.
